If you have a maintenance emergency (gushing water, or something else of immediate concern), please call our office at 706-543-8505. You can reach us 24 hours a day. If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
For everything else, please use this form. Your rent includes our excellent maintenance and guaranteed pest control, and we ask that you report any maintenance request as quickly as possible, so we can take care of it. Most non-emergency maintenance requests are handled within a day or two.
