Pay Rent Online with Dwolla

​You can use a great site called Dwolla.com to pay rent with no fee, on the web or using the Dwolla mobile app. Dwolla goes bank-to-bank, bypassing the credit card system, so you don't have to pay expensive fees. Many of our residents have enjoyed using Dwolla since we started using it Spring 2012. Click here for more information about how it works.

And, if you're splitting bills with your roommates, you can use Dwolla to pay each other back for things, for only 25¢ per transfer. (We cover that fee when you pay your rent.​)

Create an Account

To pay rent with Dwolla, you first create an account. It takes a couple of days to connect with your checking account. They'll guide you through the simple process.

If you don't have any checks, you should be able to get the routing and account number information from your bank.​

Make a Payment with No Fees

Once your account is set up, you can click on the link for your property. 
​There is no fee for paying rent with Dwolla.

Please include your name, apartment number, and what the payment is for in the "Details" field on the Hub page. You can also use that page to set up a Recurring Payment; if you select "Monthly," it will automatically process on the first of each month.

Payments should be made on or before the 1st of each month.
